Past District Governor, Scott Schulick, presented both Bill Sweeney and Shannon Sweeney Tirone with the Avenues of Service Award from Rotary International. With an award from their district, clubs can honor a Rotarian who participates in service activities in one of the five Avenues of Service — club, vocational, community, international, and youth service.  Both Bill and Shannon are very involved in all five areas of the award. Congrats Bill and Shannon!! Well Deserved!

 

 

Youth Orientation for the 2019-2020 exchange students program took place this past weekend, August 17th and 18th, at Camp Stambaugh! It was a great weekend full of fun, food and getting to know each other.  Congratulations to Howard Mettee's BLUE TEAM who took first place! And thank you to everyone who volunteered this year!

 

A sign up sheet will begin circulating at weekly meetings for newsletter help. If you like receiving the newsletter every week and would like to keep it going, we want you to help us produce it! See Kati Hartwig if you’re able to be the designated newsletter curator for a month (on average, 4 meetings) over the next year. Thank you to those that have already signed up!
