Dues and Attendance

A reminder that all outstanding dues from the first half of 2015-2016 are due by Thursday, Dec. 31.

All dues for the second half of 2015-2016 are due by Sunday, Jan. 31. Invoices for the second half dues were issued on Tuesday, Dec. 1 via email, and hard copies of the invoices will be sent via USPS in the coming week.

Please take note of the attendance policies as outlined in the bylaws and constitution of the club, and make sure that all makeup slips are turned into Mason Shattuck. Copies of the bylaws were handed out during the Dec. 1 meeting.

Second Reading - Community

Shelly LaBerto gave a second reading for $3,000 for the annual Boardman Rotary Christmas Basket Drive. The measure was approved.

Mark your calendars! Jennifer Jones Luncheon

The Rotary Clubs of Austintown, Boardman, Canfield, Poland, Struthers and Youngstown invite you to a special holiday luncheon on Thursday, Dec. 10, featuring keynote speaker Jennifer Jones, Rotary International Director. The Luncheon will be held at the Holiday Inn Boardman, 7140 South Ave., Boardman, 44512. A meet and greet will begin at 11:30 a.m. with a luncheon to follow at noon. The cost is $15 per person.

Salvation Army Bell Ringing is right around the corner!

Salvation Amy bell ringing starts on Nov. 30, 2015 at the Doral Drive Giant Eagle. Please find the sign-up sheet, and take a shift!

Food Basket Delivery

The annual food basket delivery day is scheduled on Sunday, Dec. 20, 2015. More details to follow.

The box wrapping for the food baskets is scheduled for Tuesday, Dec. 8, and includes an ugly Christmas sweater contest! The winner received a $50 donation from the club to the charity of his or her choice.
