Oktoberfestival Set-Up
Friday:
Set-up begins at 11 a.m. Please park in the gravel of the driveway going to the church. If anyone can bring a sledgehammer, tape measure or staple gun, please do. Set-up will begin at the front of the park and work back. Shelly will bring Chick Fil A lunch at 11:45 a.m. Fence crew, please meet at 7:30 a.m. at Perkins for set-up at the park at 9 a.m. 
 
PLEASE NOTE: We are insured only for Rotarian use of the golf carts. No spouses, friends, grandkids or kids should be driving the golf carts. 
 
Saturday:
Meet at Perkins at 7 a.m. for breakfast, and park at 8 a.m. to assure that the vendors do not set-up before they are supposed to. The day will include vendor set-up, and clean-up from Friday. Please enter at Southern Blvd. for one-way only traffic. 
 
Sunday:
Gate opens at 6 a.m. for vendor set-up. Between 8:30 and 9 a.m., the back lot will open up for public parking. Boardman Interact and Mooney's speech team will be responsible for the lemon shake stands. These volunteers can enter for free. 
 
No fliers or handbills should be passed out through the midway. This goes for both political and commercial solicitors.
 
Rotarians should be in by 5:30 a.m. if you are working the early shift. Please enter at 224. If you are coming later, please use the Southern Blvd. entrance.

Sign-up sheets for volunteering at the Oktoberfestival are now circulating. Please take a look at the sign-up sheets to see when you can contribute a few hours to volunteer on either Friday, Sept. 29, Saturday, Sept. 30, or of course, the BIG DAY of Sunday, Sept. 30.
