Literacy Projects Deb Liptak presented two opportunities to participate in literacy projects around the community.    Project MORE at Market Street Elementary is a hands-on literacy project that requires one hour of mentoring and tutoring special needs children. There will be two training sessions: Jan. 13 at 9 a.m. and Jan. 14 at 6 p.m. The project will last through the school year.     Little Free Library:will be built and installed by Boardman Park. Volunteers are needed to monitor the library. Volunteers would check the box regularly to assure that books are always stocked in the little free library, and that all content is appropriate for all ages.     Please see Deb to sign up.  Read more...
